Description

Portrait of Keith Porter, father of two painted in red, white and blue acrylic paints on art paper. He was celebrating New Year’s Eve and they killed him. In his own neighborhood. I created this work out of frustration, anger, fear, and hope. This is one small thing I can do. It won’t bring him back or comfort his children at night. If it inspires just one person to be a light in the darkness, that is enough.

Proceeds from the sale of this original and prints, minus costs will be donated to a local charity or a charity of your choice. Sold unframed. Work is coated with a protective varnish.
