Description

I was feeling hopeless and alone when I painted this tree. Inside of me was a growing spark of defiance, a refusal to sit quietly and do nothing while all around me the world I’d hoped for was turning into a nightmare. The tree grows brightly in a dark and forbidding space. It is a spark in the darkness.

Fits well on a wall at least two feet wide and three feet tall.

Sold mounted on a bass wood cradle with light, raw wood on each side. Work is coated with a protective varnish.

Local delivery within a 25 mile radius of Atlanta or current location if at a show.
