Fierce and fast, wild and independent, territorial and beautiful. Hummingbirds seem impossible. How can they fly? How can they manage to eat enough to survive? The glorious colors of their plumage and the way they fly and behave inspire me. I love to paint their forms.
For me they are a personal metaphor of my artist journey, making the improbable real, with style. Prints are available on request.
