Refunds and Returns Policy

How Returns & Exchanges Work


Lee S Jordan Studio gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After we have approved the refund, ship the items back to us within 7 days of refund approval.

We don’t accept cancellations.  Reach out if you have any problems with your order. Expected processing timeline for returns is two business days after your return is received by us.

The Following Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing sections for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded for full price.

EXCHANGES

We only replace made-to-order items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

GIFTS

If the item was purchased with a gift card and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If your item is a gift from someone else and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they should initiate the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
