I saw this yellow orange heirloom tomato in the grocery store and had to take it home. There was no identification about which variety, all I know is it’s from Canada. It might be a corn silk or a Jubilee. It is a tiny bit pointy at the end. The color and shape inspired me to create this loose, funky textured painting to celebrate it. Created by painting layers of acrylic paint on stretched canvas.
