I’ve been experimenting with using different mixed media elements in my work. In this painting I used metallic art quality stickers layered withmedium as well as ink and acrylic paint on stretched canvas. This is part of the Secret Dreams series. Shelby is a wire-haired dashund mix. We think. Maybe. Really I’m not sure but she does the most hilarious downward dog stretches, digs up grubs in the yard and has the softest fur I’ve ever brushed.
