A mysterious abstract forest of lush blue, red, pink, green plants and trees outlined in white. Tree Songs: Secret Woods #01 explores the mystery of forests. This is part of a series of intuitive paintings using layers of loosely painted acrylic colors applied with brushes and palette knives to capture a reflective mood. Instead of working directly from a reference, I create sketches in a notebook first and then paint from memory. This painting is painted on all edges.
