Description
The second painting of the In Fine Spirits series, this was inspired by a wine class I saw on YouTube and my love of wine. Four abstract bottles outlined in a burgundy red stand in front of an abstract space that pulses with shapes that could be lights and a room or an outdoor party. Layers of abstract color in the background with bold shapes of different bottles of wine in the foreground. Media is oil paint on 100% cotton, medium-weight canvas panel primed with acid-free white acrylic gesso.
