Description
The ninth painting of the Wild Spirits series, this was inspired by a life long love of horses and the freedom and power they represent to me. I painted this work live at a local Art on the Spot event in Woodstock, Georgia, drawing from memories of watching local horses run and play in a field. Acrylic paints were applied with palette knives and brushes on all sides of a primed wood board surface that has wood cradle (sides). This means you can hang it without the frame.
