November Events

This November I’ll be at events all over the Atlanta and North Georgia region. The Small Town, Small Works show featuring myself and 59 other local artists is going on now through December 23rd. If you’re looking for an evening art walk, a kid and pet friendly art festival or to squeeze in some holiday shopping I have you covered. SMALL TOWN, SMALL WORKS

This juried show features over 157 works of art in all mediums and categories by 58+ local area artists. All works are 15 inches or smaller. There are drawings, fiber arts, sculptures, paintings, and more! I was very impressed by the range of affordable art and the incredible talent of my local community. One of my pieces sold the first night and I have one left (as far as I know), #3 in my Tree Songs series. It is an intuitive forest painting in acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas, painting on all sides. Show Dates: October 27th – December 23rd, 2022. Location: Woodstock Reeves House, Woodstock, Georgia. CHASTAIN PARK FALL ARTS FESTIVAL

I’ll be at the Chastain Park Fall Arts Festival the first weekend of November. I’m excited to be a part of one of the top 100 ranked events by Sunshine Artist. This is a family friendly event at Chastain Park in Atlanta, Georgia. There will be many different styles and types of art to explore as well as music, food vendors, and access to a play area.

Scroll down below for a preview of some of the art I will have on display. I plan to showcase several popular painting series including “Wild Sunflowers”, “Dreaming Dogs”, “Discovered Country” (Western Landscapes), “Wild Spirits” (Horses), “In Fine Spirits” (wine), and “North Georgia Landscapes”.

The event starts on Saturday, November 5th at 10am and goes through Sunday afternoon. I plan to have paintings for sale, selected reproductions (prints), samples of puzzles, throws and mugs from my online shop and a browse bin of matted original art on paper. Event days and times: Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM  – Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

ArtWalk Jasper

ArtWalk Jasper is a fun, Friday night art walk through downtown Jasper, Georgia. There will be live music, food, and several local artists with work on display and providing live demos during the event. I’m excited to be showing a few of my paintings at First Mountain Tasting Room, where I will also be doing a demo as space allows. I will have landscapes and wine themed original art.
